The Hip Hop Run T'ings Workout Playlist just drpped at IntheGym.net and I am so feeling Body Baby by Pharoahe Monch (damn that's hard to spell). I ran to it yesterday - and it was on repeat, and it was just catchy and kept me moving.
I just finished uploading the Reggaton Running Playlist at Inthegym.net, and I discovered some sweet reggaeton songs. One of my favorites is Calabria by Enur ft. Natasja, which is a great song for that 2 minute warm up period on the treadmill - just hype enough to get you geared up.
Other stuff that's hot on the playlist - I'm trying to sing that intro/ chous on Atento a Mi by Lapiz Conciente ft. Joa. I can only do that in the comfort of my house because I sound like I'm strangling a cat. Hey Shorty by De La Gato also has a catchy beat.
